SEED program exceeds targets, empowering hundreds of thousands of youth.

SEED Program Review Meeting Held
The Sustainable Employment through Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development (SEED) program held a successful quarter review meeting at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) headquarters, revealing remarkable progress and exceeding planned targets in empowering young Ethiopians.
The meeting showcased the program's significant impact, particularly in entrepreneurship, business, and life skills training. A staggering 470,000 young women and men have benefited from these trainings, representing a seven-fold increase over the initial plan. Furthermore, the program has reached over 65,000 youth in employability and digital literacy training.
SEED has also successfully engaged out-of-school youth residing near Technical and Vocational Training (TVT) centers, providing demand-driven training to 16,000 individuals. The program's incubation outreach reached 250 this quarter, and importantly, 3690 people with disabilities and vulnerable groups have received entrepreneurship training.
The review meeting emphasized the program's ability to not only meet but significantly surpass its targets within a short period. Participants highlighted the program's exceptional reach and impact on youth employment, demonstrating its potential for further scale-up.
