The high-level gathering convened key representatives from Technical and Vocational Training (TVET) institutes across four vital regions: Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, and Sidama. The meeting served as a powerful platform to review the program's progress and strategize for future impact. .

A key highlight presented during the review was the resounding success in significantly surpassing the program's anticipated annual outreach goals. This remarkable achievement unequivocally demonstrates the SEED Program's expanding reach and its profound effectiveness in empowering Ethiopian youth with critical skills and opportunities. .

Ato Wondwossen Tsgaye, SEED Program Manager, lauded the indispensable role of TVETs in this success. He stressed, "TVETs are playing a key role in promoting innovation and have huge potential to impact local economic development." His remarks proved the foundational contribution of these institutions to the program's impressive outcomes and their broader influence on regional economies. .
