SEED Program's ToT Ignites Demand-Driven Skill Development!

The SEED Program, led by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) through Hope Enterprises and in partnership with the Mastercard foundation, has completed a Training of Trainers (ToT) initiative, empowering 147 leaders and trainers from 23 TVTs across Bishoftu, Wolkite, and Arba Minch to deliver demand-driven skills training in February 2025.

This crucial step, held in three clusters, saw 61 TVT leaders and training coordinators and 86 hard skills trainers gain invaluable insights. With expert facilitators guiding the way, participants are now equipped to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the labor market.

The SEED Program is committed to building capacity, ensuring that TVT colleges provide relevant and impactful training.
