Enhancing the acquisition of entrepreneurship skills of unconventional entrepreneurs through training, coaching, mentoring, and business consultancy and advisory services since they typically have lower levels of human and social capital.
Improving access to finance of entrepreneurs from under-represented and disadvantaged groups who face even greater barriers due to lower levels of savings and collateral and can face discrimination in financial markets. Improve financial literacy.
Facilitating the development of entrepreneurial networks to connect entrepreneurs from under-represented and disadvantaged groups with each other, as well as with mainstream business organizations and support programs.
Establish recruitment policies and procedures aimed at creating a diverse and representative workforce that can advance representation of women (i.e also in senior leadership roles), ethnic minorities, vulnerable groups etc.
Ensuring accessibility of physical workspaces, providing reasonable accommodation for employees with disabilities, EDI’s digital presence, work products, and services.
